Sundays self-exploration movement sessions

Do you want your child to have a weekly space to explore their physical and emotional boundaries, express their emotions without restrictions and learn about themselves and others through dance and creative movement?

There are a lot of small and big events which happen every day in a child's life, and with a busy school and activity life, very little time to process and understand them.

As grown-ups, we have learned how the world works, how interactions with others can be and how to interpret things around us and many times we tend to forget that children are still in the process of learning all of that.

Through introducing the fun and creative tool of movement and dance, we allow children to explore and discover themselves and the world around them. They will have fun, make friends and new connections, and experience how it feels to get out of their comfort zone in a safe way.

Our most important priority is the children's needs. However, we highly value the fundamental role of a parent in a child's life and development. Therefore, we will make sure you will also witness your child's breakthroughs, become aware of their struggles and find out new ways to support and challenge them.

The sessions will be held in English with Dutch if needed.

To guarantee personal attention for every child the group size is limited to 8.

A minimum of 4 children is required for the block to take place.

To ensure trust, the group will be fixed, therefore signing up for a single class is not possible.

Price per block (Sept-Dec): €170 (ex. 21% vat/btw)

For bringing a sibling or a friend: 10% discount! (ex. 21% vat/btw)
